So I finally got around to finishing this pic off after about 4 months. I originally started it as a birthday present for 
but ran out of time. Anyway, its finished now, hopefully I've been true enough to the Street Fighter universe, though I've been told Fei Long should be in there too, oh well. I hope you guys enjoy it.
